Ability to assign 'temporary' helping hand / spotted claw limbs as primary limbs

I don’t know if this is a temporary technical thing (like chimera cloaca surprise) or intentional balancing, but at the moment temporary limbs granted by helping hands or the chord of Agolgot cannot be assigned as the primary limb. There was no real reason to switch the primary hand to a helping hand before, but now, because spotted claws are very powerful melee weapons, the player might want to switch to those limbs as primaries.
