No ability description in ability picker

As can be seen from the screenshot, there is no description for the ability “Quill Fling“. To use the ability wisely, I need to know its damage and range etc. The same issue happens to another ability called “Proselytize“.

Some information that may be helpful in your debugging:

• the ability “Quill Fling“ was acquired through ingesting a meal with ingredients.
• the ability “Proselytize“ was acquired through spending faction reputations.
• The abilities acquired via skill points seem not to have this issue.
