Music is still playing and the game's custom cursor is still showing up, and Windows doesn't think the game is unresponsive, but the game is otherwise completely frozen.

It's notable because it's been super specific, it's happened twice, both times were with a stilt bookbinder with me trying to sell some stuff for more water
