Grafted Mirror Arms and Geomagnetic Disks

Sometimes cannot throw the disk when I have other thrown weapons equipped.
Can never throw disks if multiple are equipped (I think this is intended?)
Sometimes the disks are duplicated and dropped at my feet (Only got this to happen when multiple disks were equipped in the thrown slot)
