<exsanguination microtubules> I've seen a variety of things generate inside of walls, and when you Ctrl+Space in the wall direction, the thing that is there isn't listed in the interactable objects list for the cell. For example, I've seen three or more turrets generate this way and shoot from inside the wall. Walking toward the wall attacks them (even though you can't see them in the list of objects in that cell). I've also seen two Cybernetic Nooks generate inside of walls (with the glass spiral around the wall). For those, I also couldn't see anything in the object list of the wall cell, however Smart Use (spacebar) from the space next to the wall would open the cybernetics cache and allow me to retrieve the cybernetics out of it.
