Suggested change to Mod tab of Tinkering menu

The Mod tab of the Tinkering menu seems to list all modifiable items in a random order, then at the bottom list known mods alphabetically. Instead of the item list, having that alphabetic list of mods first seems more helpful; then perhaps each mod could be selected/expanded to show items it can be applied to?
