AV averaging across body parts bug?

Version 2.0.206.67

With two pairs of feet, averaging the total AV equipped to them:

Equipped AV 1, results in AV 0,

Equipped AV 2, results in AV 1,

Equipped AV 3, results in AV 2,

Equipped AV 4, results in AV 2,

Equipped AV 5, results in AV 2.

Maybe the average rounding is supposed to be inconsistent, but seems like it might be a bug, especially having 3, 4, and 5 get the same result.

I believe the same applies to equipment DV averaged across body parts.
