<bishplsok> Okay, I think I figured it out--the "mobile creature" issue appears to be that it will allow you to swap tiles with a friendly creature even if you're otherwise immobile. Attempting to move into an empty tile pops up "you are not a mobile creature"; attempting to move into the same tile as a non-hostile creature successfully switches places with them.
