<s.ol> The nulling item mod incorrectly states in its description in the tinkering menu that it astrally burdens the wielder, despite the fact that when put on a weapon, it actually astrally burdens the things it hits. This is only an issue with the description that shows up in the tinkering menu. Once you actually put it on a weapon, the weapon's description reads the correct effect.
