Issues with Slog/Crystal transformation and Agolgot chord

Had the Agolgot chord and Bethsaida chord (two Floating Nearby slots post-Tomb) when I ate the Cloaca Surprise, and some very strange things happened: I got the “You have lost all of your pincers” message twice, the Agolgot chord unequipped, and the Bethsaida chord did whatever the hell it did here. Save is right before the transformation.

Update: I did the crystal transformation as well, and strangely I lost my tattoo, but kept the colour until I looked at myself (or my clones).
