Some extradimensional items missing effects?

Some extradimensional items, such as those dropped by esper hunters or sold by 0lam, have no listed effects and instead have an extra space where there would be an effect. The musket is definitely supposed to have one, which points to the gemstone also supposed to be having one (and I do recall even mundane items like that getting extradimensional effects in the past).
