<bishplsok> Okay, this is actually a little more funky -- I can use Slam and other 'you must be wielding a cudgel' abilities, BUT the 100% attack chance is definitely being applied to Horns -- see Fist not swinging here.

UI claims Horns is 20% attack chance and Fist is (unstated percentage, implied 100% due to primary)
