Allow mechas to heal from tiny amounts of damage

I finally got to pilot a mecha for the first time, but I’m reluctant to take it anywhere because even creatures like goatfolk can make dents in it that’ll never heal. It doesn’t help that I managed to get Temporal Fugue on it, and the clones hurt me just from jumping to stay close. This damage adds up, and it doesn’t feel good having to check low-tier merchants for Fix-it Spray Foam and spending rare 7 bits to repair it.

Mechas should be allowed to heal naturally as long as they’re above 95% max HP (allows up to 44 damage taken in a short period of time for normal mechas). The description could be changed to only display if they can’t heal anymore, and instead read This unit is too damaged to heal naturally.
