<kernelmethod> feature request (moddability): allow overwriting a cell in Worlds.xml to retroactively affect cells that inherit from it. Use case: overwriting DefaultJoppaCell to change the default builders used for ordinary cave zones.

(See also issue #9458. If that proposal is implemented then it could provide a more elegant solution to this problem.)
