Allow phase spiders and temple mechas mk 2 to be extradimensional hunters

I think it’d be cool for entities like these to be eligible for extradimensional hunter spawns, since they’re not unique characters, but not common creatures either. They could have an ExtradimensionalOK tag that the spawn code would check for.
