<gearlink> Feature request: Provide some interface so that activated abilities created by a mod can be added to the AbilityManager.WorldMapAllowed list. As it stands, the list is read only and so any added abilities will fail if used on the world map as ActivatedAbilityEntry.TrySendCommandEventOnPlayer() only lets abilities listed in WorldMapAllowed through.

A workaround exists by setting your ability's command name to be RecoilAbility.COMMAND_NAME but this seems unideal.
