Input is buggy, multiple "accepts/use" for one press

accept/use key will activate multiple time per key press, causing unwanted dialogue or item choices, and using nearby items after hitting "ok" button after messages.

Unsure if this is related but input sometime seem to be sent to the wrong plane. Pressing Escape in a dialogue can sometime open the option menu “behind” the dialogue menu and thus the Escape input seems discarded.

Hoping this comment can help the whole input issue.
