<kernelmethod> if you have a carapace and use Tighten Carapace while under the effects of Adrenal Control, your carapace (automatically and silently) un-tightens when your adrenaline stops flowing. It seems like the game should either

(a) keep your carapace tightened, but reduce your AV appropriately, or
(b) loosen your carapace, and create a pop-up notification saying your carapace was loosened instead of being completely silent.
