<a_blessed_feline> Bug report: At present, the Enclosing part (And the RegenTank part) reports its status as Operational rather than NeedsSubject while the parent object is empty. This seems inconsistent with ther parts such as ItemConvertor, which report their status as NeedsSubject while empty, and Operational only while full.
