1. Create a new character while no mods are enabled. Save and quit.
2. Go to mod manager, enable a scripting mod (reproduces with any of the scripting mods I have but not the non-scripting ones), and reload configuration. Disable the mod (leaving all disabled again) and reload configuration again.
3. Load the previously created character. Game will crash and/or enter a strange glitch state where there is no light despite it being daytime in Joppa.
