[#bugs] Can't enter the thin world

I am currently at the top of the tomb of eaters and am trying to ascend to the thin world, but getting into the coffin simply makes me invisible for a turn before making me meditate. Afterwards I can extricate myself from the coffin and cannot get back in afterwards. I've tried this several times with rollbacks. I suspect it may be from me tattooing the mark of death on my cybernetic shell from Sundry Cybernetics, then uninstalling it and reinstalling it. I've attempted to re-tattoo the Mark of Death to no avail.
