<kernelmethod> Flaming Ray's and Freezing Ray's melee temperature changes both set caps on how much they can change an object's temperature:
Flaming Ray: melee attacks won't heat up a creature if it's warmer than 400 degrees.
Freezing Ray: melee attacks won't cool down a creature if it's less than-10 * Level
degrees.
These are pretty significant limitations and I feel that they could be advertised better. It would be nice if these caps were mentioned in the rules text for these mutations.(Alternatively, get rid of the caps altogether and perhaps lower the temperature changes?)
