To reproduce:
Body: dream wren
Atzmus: ice frog
Hamsa: holographic visage (custom visage also seems to work, maybe other face cybernetics too)
As far as I can tell, other components mostly don't matter, but e.g. +3 random body parts seems to fix this

When the golem is created, it doesn't have Icy Vapor on its beak, and trying to use freezing ray produces Your Hands are too damaged to do that
