[ui beta] input bug with designating a primary limb on paperdoll view

eva problems created an issue

normally, in paperdoll view, you’re able to very nicely designate your various limbs as your primary, whether mousing over them or navigating to them with arrow keys. however, if you click on an item, then close its context menu, you lose the ability to designate that limb as your primary and you lose the ability to hover over it to bring up its look text tooltip. as soon as you arrow/mouse over to a different slot on your paperdoll, you regain the ability to set your primary limb and bring up tooltips, but that means you have to arrow/mouse back over to the limb you clicked on just to set it as your primary if you decide you wanted to do that, which is more keypresses/movement.

it would also be nice if there was an option in the context menu of an equipped item to set it as your primary limb!
