Item named "[Widget]" that weighs 10000lb was placed into my inventory and has no option to drop.

I was alt-tabbed and when I tabbed back the game froze and was unresponsive for a few seconds until eventually things where back to normal until I tried to walk and discovered I was apparently carrying to much. I go into my inventory and it says something like 10319lb/330lb. I scrolled down and found "[Widget]" under a category “Unknown” It was also missing graphics and the dropdown menu only displayed the mark unimportant, add notes, and view effects options. Thankfully I was able to drop it by clicking crtl - D but after dropping it on the floor the “item” disappeared and things seem to be back to normal now.
