<Zephyr0> Minor bug: Paper-Doll equipment screen's "Show Tooltip" functionality temporarily disabled for a single piece of gear after you select it (via clicking on it, pressing enter, etc) and unselect it (via Esc). Once you move the cursor to another piece of equipment, the "Show Tooltip" functionality is back to normal.

Steps to Reproduce:
- Go to new Paper-Doll Equipment Screen
- Hover mouse over or otherwise navigate to a piece of worn equipment
- (optional) Show Tooltip just see that it should work as expected
- Select that piece of equipped gear (click on it, press enter on it, etc)
- Press escape to exit the menu that pops up
- Show Tooltip without moving focus away from that piece of equipment (should not work this time)

Workaround:
- user just has to navigate to another piece of equipment once for full restore of functionality

This also applies just after equipping a piece of equipment to a slot -- The Show Tooltip does not work there
