[#beta-bugs] Can't contract ironshank

I usually intentionally contract ironshank in my runs for the AV but since updating to the spring molting beta this hasn’t worked. once i drink black ooze and get ‘stiff legs’ it always ends up getting cured before it advances to ironshank. I even tested this by making a character with only 10 of each stat and drank black ooze. Yet again this didn’t work (and no i didnt have regen mutation). I repeated this about 15 times in case i got unlucky and i still couldn’t contract ironshank!

Tested this further. Created a new character and used wishes to set my toughness to 1 and give myself stiff legs. Still wouldn’t develop into ironshank!
