Combat miss animation sometimes doesn't play

Happens at the 6th hit on this gif. Using bare fists to hit. Seems 3rd hit didn’t play the bashing animation either.

Message log displays next turn separation message without displaying anything. Debug penetration rolls option shows that roll calculations happen

Tested with all mods disabled
