[beta] Carbide hand bones don't replace normal fist with carbide fist

After choosing Carbide hand bones as starting cybernetic, character starts with melee weapon equiped. Removing melee weapon shows that character has normal fists. Carbide Hand bones are shown under “Worn on hands”, which seems to be new. This is not a visual bug, damage is consistent with 2d-1 damage from unarmed attack.

I confirmed that the problem persists when uninstalling and reinstalling the implant. The problem also affects Fullerite and Crysteel hand bones.

Problem first showed up with the May 24th beta update.
