A side effect of this is that it's impossible to cure a follower with Multiple Arms of their fungal infection via amputation since technically none of their limbs are infected.

I was only able to reproduce this with MArms but the original reporter (@lancewholelot) encountered it with a regular, non-mutated Saad Amus clone
