Bad: Both the treeview and the nested view are a mess in terms of determining actual dependency (for example, what happens if I lose my first face by dismember? The answer is that the entire visible dependency structure in the treeview changes (the things that didn't get dismembered get reassigned) and then grows back to the exact same shape, once again moving the dependencies around. Also the list view gives up on nesting in a non-consistent manner at a certain level of complexity. Player.log has some fun notes here as well.
