Steps to reproduce:
Make new character, wish for phase cannon, wish for black slime, and drink the resulting ooze
Wander the world map until the Stiff Legs wears off (after wishing in and selling a gold nugget for water)
* Try the Stiff Legs and wander again repeatedly until out of water, still no Ironshank
(On a lvl 20ish character I had been playing I went through like 20 drams of ooze before realizing this; I thought I had just too much toughness for a while but no even on a new character same effect.)
