[#beta-bugs] Unable to cycle ability bars on steam deck. LT+DPad Left/Right doesn't change to the next/prev ability bar

1. Choose char and start a game
2. Press LT+Dpad Right to cycle to the next ability bar
3. The ability bar flickers to the next set for an instant then reverts back to the first bar

Makes the game very tedious/difficult to play on steam deck with more than 4 abilities because each cast requires you to open the ability menu, scroll to the ability in the list, then select and cast it. This may also apply to controllers on PCs but I’ve yet to try that

bar switching worked fine when the beta first launched but it broke somewhere around v207.37
