<honda, axe assassin> Phasing can be used indefinitely due to a (presumed) bug with the ability and when the cooldown activates.

On the exact turn that you receive the message "You phase back in." the Phase ability does not actually go on cooldown until the turn after. While you are actually phased in during this time, activating Phase on this turn refreshes the Phase and bypasses the cooldown.
