<exsanguination microtubules> The sidebar text overflow often hides the top row of tiles in a zone. If I move one space north from here, I can no longer see my character (or enemies, objects, etc.) because I'll be hidden under the title of the zone. The character and other creatures should probably be rendered on top of the text in this scenario (there were a few times during my playthrough I lost visual track of my character when they went under this text)
