Klanq somehow infected me with fickle gill

My clones kept getting their lasers reflected back at them and spewing tons of Klanq spores, and I think somehow one of the clouds bugged out when its creator despawned, because the itchy skin effect didn’t expire quickly (like it usually does with Klanq) and I got infected with fickle gill. This was in the sultan tombs, nowhere near an actual source of fickle gill.

Save is from after I got infected but got itchy skin from the Klanq spores again immediately afterwards that developed into fickle gill.
