Breathbeard permastun softlocking you out of using the escape menu

Issue 10536 for getting permastunned by stillbeards was marked as wontfix, as that is as intended.

However, if the player outheals the damage dealt by a a stillbeard breater they will be eternally locked in combat, unable to use their inventory or the escape menu. They cannot even exit the game without alt+F4, and cannot abandon their character.

I suggest the escape-menu ought to have some form of interrupt, so the player can at least exit the game properly and/or abandon a doomed character.
