My method for this used to be simply deleting the contents of my Saves/ folder from my terminal, but now whenever I start the game in Steam it just redownloads my hundred or so _Quickstart games from the cloud, and deleting saves one-by-one is tedious.

I think this would still be nice as a feature but as I just learned, the apparent solution to this appears to be to wipe the contents of Synced/Saves/ while the game is open.
