<neur.o> Clones with Mental Mirror continue to enjoy the bonus MA even when Mirror is on cooldown. This is easy to reproduce, simply use Sunder Mind on the clone and then use the "swap" wish. The MA remains boosted even though Mirror is visibly on cooldown.

I can confirm also that this is not simply a visual interface issue, because I cannot land Domination on my clone. My Domination is Rank 11, and the clone's Mirror is Rank 10 (+13MA). With Mirror up clone MA is 20, and char level is equal. Domination formula would be:

11 + 1d8 >= 7

Which should succeed 100% of the time. Instead it fails 100% of the time, so MA is still counting as 20.

It seems like the clones get the mirror twice for some reason, though it displays as though it’s on cooldown the first time as normal
