<kernelmethod> I'm running into an issue where every single popup is clipping into the top of my screen. Issue survives a save + quit + reload but is fixed after save + quit + restart application + reload.

(not sure if this has been reported yet so I'm not crossposting, will search for a dupe when I'm less exhausted)
