<Cammy, Lost in the depths> Fire Breath will occasionally just not deal any damage and/or get cut short, especially when an enemy is walking towards you or the attack produces steam, i've encountered instances of both.

At least some of the behavior fixed in 200.86. If it recurs please follow up. Any specific information on the behavior observed after 200.86 would be useful.
