<Ashe, Legendary Lunar Regent> Balance: Now that the most easily accessible cure for mutating has been removed, Gamma Moths provide a threat that is difficult to counter, as their MutateOnHit does not require penetration to mutate the target. Should they be brought in line with similarly high-risk foes like Saps and Enigma Snails by having their attack be required to penetrate to apply the effect?
