<cherman0> (Unsure, but definitely leaning towards being true) The rng chance to contest normality appears to be deterministic from the current game time such that all contests that happen at the same time will have the same outcome. This is most noticable with high-level two-headed where mental actions take zero time. At an alleged 60% chance to succeed I can easily fail 30 or more attempts to precog in the same turn (before needing to stop to avoid dying of normality damage) which statistically should be less than one in a billion.

Or maybe the given chance to succeed is just wildly overestimated because even trying it with actions in between it is definitely not even close to accurate.
