<Ashe, Legendary Lunar Regent> The border colour categories in the UI panel is a gray-white colour, until it is scrolled over with the keyboard controls or clicked with the mouse at which point it becomes the qud-green colour. This persists for the border colours of the corresponding borders of all the UI panels until the game is restarted, at which point all but the default will be gray-white again.
