<Ashe, Legendary Lunar Regent> Merchants who offer their most valuable item for exchange in the water ritual do not pick from all of their items unless you first open the trade window with them. Whether or not an item appears before doing so is inconsistent, sometimes nothing is offered but when testing with the oddly-hued glowpad sometimes they have offered a floating glowsphere or an emergency-services security card, despite other merchants also having the former for sale but not listing it until the trade window is opened.
