I shoot enemies with my electrobow from very far away, and they just stand around while I repeatedly shoot them until they die. Even if they're not noticing me, or I'm out of their visual range for some reason, shouldn't they react to getting shot repeatedly until they die? Seems almost like an exploit that I can just repeatedly shoot these guys, and they don't react at all. i'd think they'd move toward the shots to attack whoever's harming them, or at the very least try to run away to avoid taking more damage.

Same as #11801 wherein the max kill radius just makes them vibe but one of the only situations where you see it for regular enemies
