Non-robot golems can't cure fungal infections and can only eat 3 meals ever

All golems have the Robot tag, but only some of them are not organic and lack the Stomach part. This results in strange behaviour where organic golems will never become hungry, and thus cannot eat worm corpses without Mind over Body and can only eat 3 meals ever.

Fixed by simply removing the check for the Robot tag in Stomach.UpdateHunger. Also would improve moddability since robots don’t normally have the Stomach part in the first place; it even gets removed by Roboticised.Roboticise.
