<plaid.man> bug (modding): for some reason
{{W|<9#>}}is not rendered in popup menus (and maybe other places, I haven't tried). It appears to be specifically angle brackets and the number "9#". other numbers print fine, other colors aren't printed, and other bracket types work fine.

There may be a couple different combinations of strings that trigger this.
{{W|<14>}}also doesn’t render properly.
