Clairvoyance overrides darkness absorbing light based projectiles

When clairvoyance is active over a vantabud’s or bloom’s area of effect, projectiles from hand rails, lightrails, and Laze can pass through unimpeded. When clairvoyance wears off, the same projectiles are absorbed by the darkness.
Unclear if this is an intended effect of Clairvoyance. I had thought it simply allows vision of an area in spite of anything except normality, but not to actually change what is present (such as the field of darkness).
