wishing for relics

Possibly this is intentional: wishing for a sultan mask generates one with randomized properties, rather than the one which exists in the game. Similarly, the “relic” wish, which according to documentation is supposed to produce the relics from the sultan histories, actually produces a bunch of randomly generated ones.
